In a world that often seeks external validation, the concept of self-validation might seem foreign or even unnecessary in this day & age. We tend to seek approval, recognition, and acceptance from others, placing our sense of self-worth in their hands. However, I have learned that the most empowering and liberating validation comes from within ourselves. Here are a few things I have learned about self validation while navigating my life journey.

Self-validation is the practice of recognizing and acknowledging my own worth, accomplishments, and emotions without seeking external approval.
